Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

- A defective item
- The wrong product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your case and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2–5 business days.
If your refund is approved:

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the item remains unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and proof of purchase.
